Project: Canucks Place Conconi
Category: Fundraising
To say Canucks Place is a pioneer of palliative care for children is an understatement. M2O was honoured to work with Diane and Bob Conconi to create a CTA video that challenged the public to donate and support this angels in and around Canucks place so they could continue the great work there. The Conconi Foundation planned to match all public donations during the summer of 2015. M2O changed direction in the project when we decided to write a poem instead of the usual profile. The goal was shattered raising over a half mission in just over a month.

HollyhockLife

Project: Hollyhock Life
Category: Website and Training
M2O was responsible for developing a new community-based website for Hollyhock, and worked with them to develop Hollyhocklife.org, a repository of knowledge that reflects Hollyhock’s deep commitment to holistic development, understanding and growth.

Included in the project was hands-on training so that the community could immediately use the site and develop content, which proved successful as the site was immediately populated with thousands of articles, recipes, photos and videos building the Hollyhock story and community.

James Barber is possibly Canada’s best-loved celebrity chef, and his legacy still lives on throughout Canadian culture today.

With tens of thousands of Canadians still reaching out to his memory, and his legacy in videos, recipes and books, his estate reached out to M2O to help continue to tell the story in a way true to the spirit of James Barber and the Urban Peasant.

We crafted a playful site organizing his recipes, videos, social media channels and even linking into e-commerce with his book sales to keep fans fed with the indelible spirit of The Urban Peasant.
